Are you registered as a "Decline-to-State" voter in Los Angeles County?

Did you vote on February 5? Did your vote count? Please help us find out for you.

A design flaw in the ballot given to "Decline-to-State" (DTS) voters in Los Angeles County may result in 94,500 votes not being counted.

DTS voters in Los Angeles County -- who requested a "Democratic Party ballot" to vote in the Democratic Party presidential primary -- were required to fill in an extra bubble ("Democratic") in addition to filling in the bubble of their preferred presidential candidate.

Many voters may not have marked the extra bubble and the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters is currently refusing to count their votes as intended. The Courage Campaign is fighting to make sure all "Decline-to-State" votes are counted, but we need your help.

If you are a DTS voter in Los Angeles Countywho asked for a Democratic Party ballot on Election Day and you had trouble at the polls and/or believe your vote may not have been counted, please fill out the form below and describe what happened. We will be in touch.

We need your stories to keep pushing the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters to do the right thing.

Every vote counts!

* NOTE: An earlier version of this form included a section to enter your voting receipt ("voting stub"). However, our lawyers have discovered that -- according to the Registrar of Voters -- the number on the receipt does not match with the ballot. As a result, there is no need to keep your voting stub.
