FPPC Complaint against Andy Pugno and other related documents
On January 28, 2010, Rick Jacobs, founder and Chair of the Courage Campaign, filed a complaint with the California Fair Political Practices Commission alleging Andy Pugno, counsel to ProtectMarriage.com and candidate for State Assembly, violated the Political Reform Act by misusing public funds in support of a campaign to approve a ballot initiative banning same-sex marriage. Jacobs also wrote letters to California Attorney General Jerry Brown and Secretary of the Senate Greg Schmidt in connection to this complaint. Each of these documents is available as a link below.
