Stop Arnold's attack on the disabled and the blind

Over the weekend a Californian whose family depends on state disability checks wrote at Daily Kos about his fears now that he may lose that check and his caregiver to budget cuts and IOUs thanks to Arnold's refusal to sign the Democratic budget:
That the state would target vulnerable people in this way is an outrage - and we're not the only ones who think so. The SEIU United Healthcare Workers West (UHW), whose members are targeted for layoffs and may see their pay reduced to the minimum wage, have decided to fight back to protect the disabled and the blind and their caregivers.
On Saturday, January 24th UHW members are going to rally in Sacramento, San Francisco and Fresno to fight these cuts. And they have asked us if Courage Campaign members will join them by signing a petition to Arnold demanding he prevent this from happening. We happily agreed.
"I'm a chronic pain sufferer. I have what are known as Cluster Migraines which are just like your everyday migraine except they never go away. My partner has Diabetes, COPD, CHF, emphysema, Fibromyalgia, and is considered Terminal. She is bedridden most the time and uses a electric wheelchair when she can. She can neither cook, or bathe herself any longer, and can barely dress herself most the time."
"You can see why her Caregiver is so important to us. He does the shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry as well as taking her to the Doctor at least once every two weeks... since he is going to be laid-off, we are really going to be screwed."
