Time for 2/3 Rule to Go

The 2/3 rule must be replaced. It is simply is undemocratic for the minority to yield the same power as the majority. It results in bad legislation as we have seen over and over again.
There are currently two initiatives in circulation to change 2/3 to 55% - 1352 and 1352. Does Courage Campaign support either of these or will another initiative be submitted soon? How will the California Democratic Party and the Courage Campaign fight to make this change happen? Should the initiative process be reformed now as well or should we focus on the 2/3 rule to start? What about a Convention to rewrite the constitution?
