Hanford Equality Team
The Hanford Equality Team is a group of people who want to recruit, inform, and educate the Hanford/Kings County Community on Marriage Equality. We are hoping to make a difference so that Human Rights are protected and ensure that all Californians have equal rights and that they aren't stripped away.
We know that times are tough right now, but we need your help. So far Hanford Equality Team has been pulling from our own pockets to make things happen, which is become costly to us. We are asking for donations to help us pay for the cost of the next event, which is Courage Campaign's Story of Now Potluck.
We also are in dire need of help with funds to make our shirts, button, banner, and any other functions run by the Hanford Equality Team. It's extremely hard to put ourselves out there in the public eye and make a difference to gain a step closer at winning our equality back. We want to look and be professional. Please donate today and help us so we CAN make that difference.
We have many ideas in store of what we want to do here in Kings County, but unfortunately, it cost money to have these ideas come to action.
Remember,this is the new step in the right direction at winning back our equality.

Hey everyone!
Well we are up and running full speed ahead! Our first event had a great turn out. We signed up quite a few volunteers and enjoyed each others company. Now we are on to the next phase....Phone Banking. Yes now it is time to put our dedication and determination to work. Check out the events so that you can sign up to come out next Thursday. We will be having a hot dog social after we finish calling so that we can contiue to strengthen our bond and stay connected together as a team.
Also, we will be attending the Visalia Courage Crusaders on Wednesday, June 24th for their phone bank. If anyone is interested contact us so that we can either give you directions or arrange for a ride. It is important not only to work in our County, but join with the other Equality Teams to better the whole Central California. The more voices, the more impact! So check out their posting under events and RSVP!
